Hello,

I am trying to customise my WooCommerce email template but I don’t understand the instructions attached (copy woocommerce/templates/emails/ to yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/). Thanks for your help.

You would need to copy that folder to your child theme folder

Hi,

Please specify where would I find the folder I need to copy to the child theme folder. I looked in the Neighborhood theme folder but there is nothing there (See attached).

Hi,

It’s not from Neighborhood it’s from Woocommerce.

Go to “wp-content/plugins/wooocommerce/templates” and copy the folder “emails” and paste into
“wp-content/themes/neighborhood/woocommerce”

I am sorry but my experience creating websites is limited. How to I access the paths you listed above?

Attached is what’s inside my wordpress folder. Where do I find the Woocommerce folder?

The Woocommerce folder should be inside “wp-content/plugins”
Are you checking the right website?

Hi Rui,

I am sorry but the only Woocommerce folder I can find is in the theme folder (see attached). I even ran a search on my laptop for “Woocommerce” and this is all I could find…

Something is wrong, if you have the Woocommerce plugin the files should be somewhere. (it’s not the Woocommerce directory inside Neighborhood theme)

Can you provide us ftp access so we can check it?

Please download a new version of woocommerce, copy emails template here as you want and upload at yourtheme/woocommerce/emails/. Hope you will understand.
