Customising the lines around the titles

Hi there,

Request 1:

I was wondering if you could help me out. I need to customise the lines within the titles of containers. I attached a print screen of to show you what I need.

At the moment they are black and 2px height. I want to change it to 1px and a light grey colour, matching the separation line from the top bar navigation.

I had a play around with the Inspect element to see if it was possible and seems to be but I can’t access that part of the code.

Request 2:

I’ve tried to change the colour of those red tags to the same green of my promo bar, but it’s not working in the customisation. Is this something that you can do? Photo attached.
