New Landing How can we help? Atelier Customers cannot add products in shopping bags. Pls help

    Hi,

    Since 2 days I am live with the new Atelier theme at http://www.patipada.nl but I have a problem. I don’t receive any orders anymore (normally about 5 a day).

    Today I received 2 email from customers who add something to there shopping bad. But when visiting the shopping bag view, the shopping bag is empty.

    I tried this myself, but I see no problems.

    Does anybody have an idea what the problem (and solution) might be?

    I need your help! 🙂

    That’s odd, it’s working fine for me

    Can you update to the latest version of the theme and ask the customer to try again

    Hmm.. strange. I have updated to the newest version of the theme. But the client still haves the same error. She tried to put items in the shopping cart in Firefox and Chrome.
    Because I don’t have this problem it is hard to debug. Do you have any other suggestions?

    Hi,

    Do you have any cache plugin? If so try to purge the cache.
    Can you tell them to clear the cache and try again?
