When customers forget their login password and try to reset, they are not receiving a “Reset Password” emai -though they are getting a ‘check your email for link message’.
In a woocommerce forum post, I read deactivating “Force secure checkout” in woocommerce settings may alleviate this issue. Wondering if you have any ideas as to why this is occurring.
The lost password page in my theme lists the shortcode “[woocommerce_lost_password]”
Let me know if you have encountered this in the past. I tried disabling plugins – and still doesn’t work.
