Hi,
so far I’m very happy with the theme but at his point I need some help.
I set up a page in 2 languages (german & english) but when I try to set up the breadcrumb navigation with NavXT it’s getting strange…For the custom post types “Portfolio” and “Products” I defined the root page in one language. But when I try to do this for the oher language, I fail because either I get an “out of memory error” or the setting will overwrite the setting for the language I already set up.
So currently the breadcrumbs (e.g. for the German site) go like this:
“Homepage (*DE) > Custom Post Root (*DE) > Some other site (*DE)” which is correct
but for the English version the breadcrumbs come up like this:
“Homepage (*EN) > Custom Post Root (*DE) > Some other site (*EN)”What can I do about this, to get a correct breadcrumb navigation in ONE language (each)…?

I think first we should fix the memory issues.
Try to increase your memory settings define in wp-config.php
Check this documentation
http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHPThen try to adjust you language settings again.

October 23, 2014 at 12:11 pm #122638Memory settings are adjusted, but still no success when trying to set the root pages in NavXT for each langaage separately. As soon as one root page for a certain custom post type is set, the setting is adopted by the other languae as well…

Checked your settings but in Germain is always complicated to me.
What exactly is wrong in the example below?
http://www.detektei-verzeichnis.eu/en/architecture/
Breadcrumb – Archipendium > Architecturehttp://www.detektei-verzeichnis.eu/architektur/
Breadcrumb – Archipendium > Architektur-Rui
October 27, 2014 at 10:35 pm #123529Thanks for checking.
As long as the breadcrumb is that short (as in the examples above), everything is fine.
But the language of the custom post type root page is getting “mixed up” when you dig one more step deeper in the english version:Archipendium (*EN) > Architektur (*DE) > Gebäude 5 (*EN)
http://www.detektei-verzeichnis.eu/en/architektur/gebaeude-5/Same goes with Products in the shop:
Archipendium (*EN) > Shop (*DE) > Archipendium 2014 (*EN)

It seems to be a compatibility problem between WPML and Breadcrumb NAVXT.
I only found this extension that might solve it https://mtekk.us/extensions/breadcrumb-navxt-wpml-extensions/
That link was taken from this discussion in WPML forum

October 29, 2014 at 9:22 am #124015Hi Rui,
…grrr… that’s just what I needed: one more plugin.
Just kidding. Thanks for your investigation!!!
There are some more issues with WPML so I will wait a while hoping that they will solve some with upcoming releases.By the way: I can’t update the theme to 2.6.8. because the old theme can’t be removed (error message) and there are bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files.
Any ideas what to do here?October 29, 2014 at 10:31 am #124045Hi,
regarding the update it should be some permissions issues in you server.
Check your permissions and try again. If it doensn’t work send us an email using the contact form below explaining that you can’t update Dante and need the latest version.
