Custom Fonts not working on Mobile & Firefox…

I am having issues with custom fonts not working on mobile, tablet or in FireFox. Are you able to offer any insight into what may be going on?

Unfortunately the font in the screenshot you posted is incorrect.

Please see attachment to see how the font should appear on desktop and how it is currently appearing on my mobile using Chrome. It seems to change to a Times serif font on iPhone for some reason…

It works fine on your desktop as you have the font installed on that machine. There should be all the different formats of font showing there, not just OTF. Please delete both fonts, and then re-upload. You may need to wait 5 minutes or so if the message doesn’t disappear (this is a bug with the redux framework). You should then see the 3-4 different formats needed for all browsers.

That should sort it. Let us know.
