    Hello dear

First of all, I love your work. And the UPLIFT theme is just incredible.

But I’m having a small problem loading my custom fonts.

They appear but do not carry. I uploaded all WEB formats.

    I wait for your help.

Please clear your browser cache, your fonts are loading great for me. Please provide a screenshot if you still encounter this.

    Hello David,

I already cleaned the cache, and even then the fonts do not load.

I uploaded the Futura. I send you pictures to show the problem.

    Thank you in advance.

Can you add a dropbox link with the font files you are uploading?

    Hello guys,

    Any idea what might be?

I am waiting for the support for 04 days… and so far nothing.

I have researched here for other similar topics, and none of them point to a clear answer.

    Thank you again.

PLEASE NOTE: Adding an extra reply to your topic, as per our support policy, will take it back in the queue and take us longer to reply to you.

Your site is not converting the fonts correctly. I am asking the team for a second opinion on this currently.

    Hi David,

    I have good news!

    The fonts work flawlessly.

After I updated the Swift Framework, it just works.

Thank you for all the help.

PS. I tried to mark this topic as “resolved”.
