Custom Fonts

Hello

I’m using the custom fonts uploader in your theme settings.
on all desktop versions the fonts seams to be fine. But on the iphone its not working.

Can you check that?

What is the font name are you using?
I’m seeing some missing files in the site javascript console.

The Font name is Andes

It’s working only on your desktop as you likely have the font installed on your computer. Hence for the iPhone/us we see the font error.

Can you provide a dropbox zip so we can download the fonts and test further?

Can you add your FTP details, your server is blocking the fonts with a 403 error.

I tried uploading new ones via direct upload or ftp. nothing worked.

Hi,

To resolve this please ask your host to chmod the font files from 363 to 644. I tried to do this on your FTP but the permissions did not allow the changes to be made.

Not working. I tried upload via wordpress theme setting (why the conversion?)
Modern browser and also iPhones with modern iOS using Woff2 etc.

Why is that theme not working… ?
That are perfect fonts. working with even cheaper themes.
Btw. The fonts are from Myfonts.com

You cannot do it like that, the Redux theme options needs to convert them using an external serivce and place the files in the correct directory:

You have uploaded all your misc files to this, which would never work:

Your host needs to alter the permissions of the processed fonts to 644. Not the ones you have uploaded.

uploaded just the clean fonts… changed permission. nothing worked.
