Custom font not displaying on Mobile and Firefox

Hi,

I have uploaded a custom font called Sofia Pro Light and it is uploaded correctly in the folder wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight.

I can see the following in the font.css file:

@font-face {font-family:’SofiaProLight’;src:url(‘http://www.seescoutsleep.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight/Sofiaprolight.eot?#iefix’) format(’embedded-opentype’), url(‘http://www.seescoutsleep.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight/Sofiaprolight.woff’) format(‘woff’), url(‘http://www.seescoutsleep.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight/Sofiaprolight.ttf’) format(‘truetype’), url(‘http://www.seescoutsleep.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight/Sofiaprolight.svg#svgSofiaProLight’) format(‘svg’);font-weight: normal;font-style: normal;}

Could it be the strange coding in the .EOT file: wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight/Sofiaprolight.eot?#iefix

Hi,

One additional comment to my question above: it seems that the page also has difficulties loading the font, as the font is loaded the last on the page.

Are you using a CDN? http://cdn.comsee-syrtsevka.savviihq.com?

Can you disable all plugins so only Swift Framework and WooCommerce are active.

Please disable and then delete the plugin Swift Framework 1.66. Please then upload this zip file with the latest 1.7+ version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v1an2fpylsvniqc/swift-framework.zip?dl=0.

When this is done, let me know and I’ll take another look, currently I cannot upload any fonts.

Reijer can you disable all plugins, leaving only Swift Framework and Woo active?

Within your CDN is their option to purge all files?

Can you contact your host, I have checked the FTP and the files are there – however something is not allowing the path to be resolved.

Please pass them this URL for the font, this is where the font resides and should be loaded: http://www.seescoutsleep.com/wp-content/uploads/redux/custom-fonts/custom/SofiaProLight/Sofiaprolight.woff

They need to check for any rules/folder permissions that are preventing this from loading.
