This same thing just happened to me as I tried to switch between headers? Erased all of my Custom CSS!

    Is there a solution?

    Hi Ben,

Changing an option would not cause your custom css to be removed. This can only have been an issue with something your end. Let is know if it occurs again, or if you can replicate it consistently.

    Hi,

my custom CSS/JS fields also don’t work. I cannot enter any data into the fields. Is a fix already available?

    Thank you,
    Stefan

    Hi @stiffler3000,

This is known issue with Redux, we’re hoping to get a fix from them shortly – and we’ll update the theme when we get it.

Hi, I cannot seem to find the custom css box in which I can change css code. Can someone please send me a printscreen of it’s location? Is it to be found under Theme Options or Appearance? Thanks!

Hi Rui, you don’t seem to have the same version as I do of the Neighborhood theme, but when I scrolled down in mine I found a CSS box all the way to the bottom in General Options. So thanks for your trouble.
