Custom CSS randomly disappears every now and then

Why does my custom css randomly disappear? Why are all my Swift Framework configuration changes default back to start? Very frustrating having to keep re-entering custom css and framework settings. Please help. I have the Atelier Theme and am using the Atelier Child Theme.

This sounds like a hosting issue causing this.

– What do you do to replicate?
– Do you experience any error messages?
– Who do you host with?

I have to re-enter custom CSS and rebuild Swift Framework because all my logo, header, etc… options went away.

The Swift Framework Plugin did have a error and deleted itself from plugin page. Had to reinstall.

My host is 1and1.com

This has happened twice now. My client was not happy.

The only way this would be delete is if the client clicked the Reset button in the theme options or you switched your database/migrated the site.

Neither of those things happened. My client does not have access to the site, I certainly did not reset anything and I did not migrate database. Strange huh

Yes, I have not see anything like that happen before without a user action.
