    Is it possible to see the Custom CSS in my FTP theme files? because I had to re install everything from the beggining and I backed up my files but not my custom css code. Do you know where WP store it?

    WordPress stores it in the options database.

    In PHP MyAdmin, however if you have installed a new database you will have lost your changes.
