Were finding it difficult to keep our css tidy in the custom css, is there way to load this from a custom style sheet in the editor as this will give us more room and easier to view etc?

    Hi,

You can always place it inside the style.css of the child theme.

Did you place them after the import of the parent css?

Do you have the child theme activated?

So none of your css is working? Some things may need !important adding to override the dynamic styles like colors etc

Hmm i don’t think its a !important issue? It all works great in custom css, but nt when i copy it into the child theme style sheet?

    |Its difficult to manage in custom css section in theme options so would prefer not to have it there. any other ideas?

Yes that’s because the custom css from the theme options is loaded last (after the theme dynamic styles) where as the child theme style.css is loaded before the dynamic styles, so things like colors would get overwritten by the color customiser settings

Ok is there anyway to make the style.css of the child theme load last?

I’m afraid not sorry, like I said, adding !important will do the trick
