I would like to upload my own custom background for the page heading area on all pages. What size should I make this image and where do I need to add the file to make it display on all pages under the page heading text?

Hi

If you go to Theme Options > Asset background options, you can upload your image here, and then go to Default Meta Options and select which alt bg to use as default.
