Hello,

I recently updated the theme and now I’m having issues with customers purchasing with their credit card…

I contacted my payment gateway (first data GGe4) and they told me it was an issue with the website. All my plugins are up to date.. and I reinstalled the payment gateway plugin as well as reentered all the gateway information yet I am still having an issue.

The error I keep getting is:
First Data Payment Failed (error:100AE081:elliptic curve routines:EC_GROUP_new_by_curve_name:unknown group) Order status changed from pending to failed.

If anyone has any has experienced this please let me know!

Hi there,

Nothing as far as I’m aware would have changed in the theme to cause an issue with this.

Googling the error code seems to point to it being an SSL issue? http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19503174/connecting-to-xmpp-with-ssl-throws-exception-error100ae081elliptic-curve-rout?rq=1
