Sir, i want to create categories in products like Mobile Cases> 3D>Apple>iPhone 6
User should first see mobile cases and in that he should see 2D and 3D , if he clicks anyone he should see mobile brands like apple, samsung, HTC, etc and in that mobile model.
Help me in doing this.

You can change the category order using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/taxonomy-terms-order/.

The theme does not interact with what you refer to, this is standard WooCommerce functionality.
