Hi,

I can’t find anywhere how to create a subscribe contact forum.
On the site template one has been made in a text box using swift editor and the code: [contact-form-7 id="11540" title="Sign Up"] but that doesn’t actually point anywhere, or have any sort of list to allow someone to subscribe to.

How do I make this work? It’s essential for our maintenance page.

Hi,

That is made using the forms of the contact form 7 plugin.
You can install it in Appearance-> Install plugins

Take a look at the documentation, it’s easy to use.
