    I am testing this on iPhone6 and it works great, can you clear your safari cache on your iPhone and re-test?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    In your Theme Options => Custom CSS you have copied in various PHP functions. This is only meant for CSS only, this is causing a large amount of errors.

    You will need to clean out the PHP, leaving only CSS in there. Please also use this: https://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/.

    Thanks.

    I guess you mean here ? (attached screenshot)

    let me explain something
    i am not looking to do anything special with css or php i’ve no interest in going anywhere near it as i have no experience in either.
    i just want to use the theme ‘straight out of the box’ i.e. responsive on all devices.
    i downloaded it and immediately it didn’t display correctly on a mobile
    so i joined this thread discussing the problem and attempted to add the code that rui your support colleague advised the author of the thread.
    i added it to the area in the screenshot and it worked.
    but a few days later it then stopped working and the problem reappeared

    a ‘large amount of errors’ is worrying

    can i not just reinstall the theme somehow or you send me what i need to override whatever damage that me pasting that code has created

    The errors are caused because you have copied PHP into the CSS theme options, this is not correct and is what has caused the errors.

    I list how to fix those above, (remove the PHP, clean up the CSS) however I have now done this for you. Please now re-test your shop page.

    Thanks.
