    Hi guys,
    hope you spent good holidays:)

    I am having problem with coupon. I made a coupon but when used doesn’t apply the discount.
    In my case i need to offer free shipping.

    Hi there,

    As per the coupon requirements for free shipping:

    The free shipping method must be enabled with the “must use coupon” setting checked.

    Hello Ed,
    i am sorry but it didn’t work. I use Table Rates plugin to manage shippings fees and shipping area.
    Shpping free are working out when you purchase up to €29, try please.
    If i enable the shipping free from “setting7shipping free” the problem is that cart has the option shipping free.

    I am kind getting confused how to fix the issue.

    Get me back soon please.

    Hi P,

    This isn’t actually an issue with the theme, but likely something that needs to be set up between WooCommerce and the table rates plugin. I would suggest taking it up with them, as they will be able to better advise. If you purchased the plugin from WooThemes then you’ll get free support with them!
