It seems like we are running a corrupted installation of WordPress. We receive the following error message when attempting to update to the latest version:

Update WordPress
Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-3.9.1-partial-0.zip…

Unpacking the update…

Could not create directory.

Installation Failed

In addition, we are having issues running multiple plugins, which are associated with our WordPress account. Our Google Analytics tracking code is also not working properly. Please let us know what we can do to fix this.
