Hi

Please let me know the correct order in which to update Atelier, I am using the child theme – do I update wordpress to the latest version, then update swift framework, or do I update swift framework first then update wordpress to 4.5.2

Last time I updated (on another live site) I lost a huge amount of information (sidebars and archive disappeared) I had to revert to a previously saved version of a live site so now I am really nervous about updating.

So which is the best order for updating the following three things please so that I don’t lose work.
A. wordpress to latest version
B. Swift framework
C. theme update
