Then change the form style: Color Customizer => Color UI Elements => Form Styling => Minimal

Add a row at the top with 2 image assets side by side, in the row settings set to full width and remove element spacing

Thanks. Two more questions.

1. How do I remove the page title?
2. How can I make the Customer Care Policy section start right below the Social and E-mail columns? Currently it starts where the Contact us form ends. See here: http://thesysseven.com/1843-2/

1) Go to page meta options > page title > hide page title

2) You’ll need to put a 1/2 column on your page and add the 3 text boxes inside it
