Hi, I have two problems which I need your help with.

1) The page content is not on centre. There appears to be an 20px margin on left hand-side. I have tried removing all custom CSS, but it remains off-center.

2) On iPad (landscape orientation) the top banner image has a gap either side. Is there a way to force this to stretch to full boxed-content width.
