    Hello,

    Since updating to WordPress 4.5, all of the Gravity Forms on my client’s website are not displaying. I have updated version of Gravity Forms already. I’m using latest version of Neighborhood theme from 31st March 2016.

    I’m using Gravity Forms on other themes with WordPress 4.5 and they all work fine, but with Neighborhood they do not display. The page URL I gave you above is one of the pages where the form is missing.

    I’ve also done define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); and the theme’s functions.php file is through heaps of errors. Please see the attached image.

    Please urgently investigate and advise of fix.
