    On all browsers much of the information on my home screen has disappeared. I see it in the editor but not live. I am afraid to update other pages for fear of other information disappearing. In addition the page is really slow to call. It takes an unacceptable amount of time to load. Please advise. Many thanks.

    The top part of the site is fine. Please scroll down and compare to the code and you will see that huge chunks of the site are missing live! And my entire project section is completely gone! It appears to be anything with an interaction (pop-up) for example. It works fine on mobile web just not on desktop. This happened when I updated WP. Please, Please help! Thank you!

    Latest Cardinal is 2.5, you need to update and then clear your cache

    Not sure where to find this update there are no updates available under appearance for this theme, for others yes, but not for this one. Can you please login to my site and update it. If not please send VERY specific step-by-step instructions to update it. Unfortunately the one sentence responses have not helped and it has been almost an entire week since my website has been broken. You have all my login information. Thank you!
