Content in pages not showing after theme update

Hi,

Bear in mind that we are helping you figure out something that probably isn’t related to our theme, the login issue was one of those things. We can’t support server and installation issues but we are still using our knowledge to get a solution for this.

This error message for a file that is there in the filesystem simple doesn’t make sense and we never had similar situation in thousands of installations.

Your Hosting support has to explain why this url in the browser returns 404.
http://oceantocity.com/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/shortcodes/generator/tinymce.editor.plugin.js

Give them the link and since the file is there they have to tell us why and fix it.

Hi Rui,
Thanks for your reply. Apologies – I wasn’t aware that this was a server problem.
I asked them (see reply below) and they said that it is in fact saved here: http://wordpress.oceantocity.com/wp-content/plugins/swift-framework/includes/shortcodes/generator/tinymce.editor.plugin.js

The wordpress.oceantocity.com domain was used when I was still developing the site. Once ready I pointed the real oceantocity.com domain to this webspace. Hence the confusion I suppose.

If you could let me know what I need to do next I would appreciate it. I suppose we need to change the theme setting so that the plugin launches from the right place?

Guess that migration didn’t went well. In my opinion you need to copy the content from the old domain path directory to the new one.

That’s the only thing that seems wrong at the moment.
