Did what I could but still couldn’t manage to login, you have here some issue that probably is related to the server settings.
I renamed temporarily the plugins and themes directories, this basically deactivates all plugins and the theme and even that way I couldn’t log in. This means that something else is preventing the login or redirecting to the same login page.
You need to check this with your hosting support, let us know what they say.

November 16, 2016 at 10:23 am #302097Hello Rui – delighted to hear you finally got in. There was something about the password I was using which perhaps wasn’t being written to the database. I changed the password to something else now and it seems fine. Hooray!
So I had a look in filezilla for that file and it seems to be there. See screenshot.

Where do you have your site hosted, too many server issues in my opinion.Try to test it if you can.

I just tested it there and I still cannot see my content in ‘pages’.
Also when I try to create a new page it won’t add Swift Page Builder elements.
We are hosted with Blacknight in Ireland. We’ve been with them a long time and never have had any issues.What else can we do?
Is there a way to reinstall that file? Or maybe the whole theme?
If you could prioritise this case I would really appreciate it. This issue has been going on for too long now and I’m not able to invite our participants because the website it not up to date /editable.Many thanks,

I’m sorry to email again but I am really anxious about getting access to our system, and not happy with the speed of response of this support forum. I’ve had to wait for replies for more than a day on most occasions, sometimes up to two days to get a response. Just wondering if this is this normal?
It has now been 8 days since you received the correct log in details but still we have not progressed at all.
I really like this theme and want to continue using it but I hope you can appreciate that these long waiting times are really prohibitive.
Please can someone please help me get access to the content of my pages? I really NEED to be able to update my site.
