Content disappears on iPad

He there folks,

I have an issue with a parallax video box.
As advised, I use am image in this box as a fallback for mobile devices as they don’t load the video. All good here.

But the content in this box just doesn’t show up on an iPad. Desktop loads the video and content, iPhone loads picture and content. iPad loads the image, but no content (a little text and modal button). It’s still there because I can select and copy it by taping around, but does not render.

Please help.

On top of this, the ipad version of the site does not center content but pushes it to the right.
The iPhone version does not stretch colored back ground to the edges.

This is all even with today’s update.

Please help. Don’t know what to do here.

Hi there,

The video parallax isn’t supported on iPhone (as it’s not possible to autoplay the video – rendering it pointless).

Hi Ed,

Good and Bad news.
The width problems are indeed fixed.

The other one persists. I don’t think you understand my problem with the parallax section.
I know mobile devices don’t support it and so they load an image instead.
The problem is that on the iPad, and on the iPad alone it seems, the content inside the section is invisible. Let me explain with these three images…

I see now, thanks – fixed this for next update. Add this custom css to resolve it:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
.spb_parallax_asset .spb_content_wrapper {
		opacity: 1!important;
		top: 50%!important;
	}
}
