    We use a plugin called Contact ME that provides a tab on the right side of the page that when clicked shows our contact info and a contact form. This does not appear to display correctly in Firefox since switching to this theme. Any solutions?

    Hi,

    Is that working well in the other theme, well I look the HTML Code it renders, there is no content in the contact form, so it looks like the way. Check the setting in the contact form.

    Our old theme this worked well on all browsers. This theme it is only causing a problem on firefox for some reason. We did check setting for the plug-in and it appears everything is correct. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    For the in Chrome also it didn’t display, only in IE it display, but after that IE crashes. Do one thing. Try the plugin a default theme, let me know it works there.

    This is caused due to cloudeflare, you can try researching about that.

    Was still working on the problem. Currently do not see the Contact Me plugin working in Chrome or Firefox but it is in IE10 which is unusual. Cloudflare did suggest changes that may affect this but mainly the changes only fixed a few other issues. We deleted, re-installed, & setup the plugin also.

    Can support here verify if the same error message is pointing to Cloudflare as a problem still since changes were made? The problem seems to be something new and why I wanted to verify that. Thanks.

    It is activated and only visible on IE10. Chrome and Firefox are not even showing it now.

    In the neighborhood theme it was displaying in firefox, chrome, and IE but was only having problems in Firefox displaying the contact form and information. After updating the theme and making changes to cloudflare it is only visible in IE.

    Our previous theme it worked in all browsers with no problems.
