    Wondering if I can have 3 different contact forms “pop up” when each icon box is clicked on. We have three different contact forms we’d like to host on a page, but would like them accessible only from a click. Also if the contact forms would disappear if we re-clicked on them.

    Hi

    You can add modal buttons in your icon boxes, when clicked they will open the modal containing the contact form
