Contact Form Option — Pop-up and Grey Out Site

Is there an option in the Dante theme (or other WordPress plugins) to create a Contact Form like the one found here on this site http://www.cornerstoneondemand.com/ when you click the “Let’s Talk” button in the Promo Bar at the bottom?

I like the way that it pops up and blacks out the background.

One more question… if I want to link to the Modal from the Promo Bar using the Text + Arrow (Full Bar Link) what would the syntax for the Promo Bar Button Link?

I have the Modal formatted now as a button in one of the widgets (thanks to you)… the syntax for that is
[sf_modal header=”Let’s Talk” btn_colour=”accent” btn_type=”standard” btn_size=”small” btn_text=”Let’s Talk”] Body Text. [contact-form-7 id="589" title="Contact rapidLD"][/sf_modal]

Unfortunately it’s not currently possible to integrate a modal into the promo bar, sorry. We may look at adding some sort of functionality for this in the future.
