Contact form on product page not working

Hey guys,

A potential client tried to submit a request through the “Need Help? Contact Us” link on every product page.

However, no email ever came through. I then did a test and had someone else test the form on a different machine. No emails were received.

The contact form on this page, http://www.aliciahannahnaomi.com/contact/, also built with the recommended Contact Form 7 plugin, works perfectly. I receive a lot of inquiries through it.

Can anyone figure out why the e-mails aren’t coming through on the “Need Help? Contact Us” form from a product page? Such as http://www.aliciahannahnaomi.com/product/ablation-earrings/.

I could have potentially missed out on business due to this 🙁

Please check your email address in the contact form. I just added my email address to the To: field and it worked fine.

This is unlikely to be related to an issue with the theme. I’d recommend you check out the plugin support site/FAQ – http://contactform7.com/support/
