conflict with nextgengallery after updates

Hello great support, sorry for my bad english
After several days of trying, I write here to find a solution ..
After updating wp 4.3, the theme to 3.13 and all plugins, I have a conflict with NextGen gallery.
If activated the plugin, some parts of the theme are broken, I never had any problems before you upgrade.

Conflicts are in: shortcode of product and portfolio missing in frontend ounce white space and single product lacking all images.

I have always worked with nextgen in this site without problems.
Do you have any idea what may depend?

I have provided admin access to try, please turn off nextgen plugin after trying, otherwise the site is broken.

if activated look the home page missing shortcode of product and portfolio, with big empty space
and
in singles products miss all images

I also disable all plugins but the problem present only with nextgen

i opted to delete nextgen and switch to another gallery method
