Complete order

Although my site was working after the update for some reason it has gone back to
1. internet explorer having names separated by a large margin on products
2. not letting me complete an order

Hi,

Can you try first to clear the browser cache?

Did you installed also any plugin recently? You can also try with all plugins deactivated excepted Woocommerce.

Please activate the default WordPress theme and try to complete an order to check if the problem it’s from Woocommerce.

Ok so iv done this and it seems to be a problem with woocomerce now i try to get through there support but i need a order number to get the proper support and as i purchased the theme with yourselves and woocommerce came with it i dont seem to have one can you supply one?

That’s not necessary, Woocommerce it’s a free plugin. And it doesn’t come bundled with our theme. It’s just required to have the E-Commerce features.
