Comments: disabled but part of the markup is still in the place

My goal is to replace the way a visitor can comment an article with the Disqus. Is there a way to achieve my goal with no markup artefacts?

Sure. Take a look at the screenshot attached to the original message. There you can notice grey lines which are from the theme comments block. I cannot find a way to get rid of it.

It’s none public environment, sorry cannot open it for you. So what solution do you suggest? There’s a screenshot at least.

Don’t take me wrong but I can’t do anything with the screenshot, I need to inspect the html of that page.
Try to provide some kind of temporary access to that page using a password or something like that.
