    We are using Disqus and these comments were working prior to switching to this theme. The comments are appearing on the back-end of each post, and the theme is counting them, they just aren’t showing up in the comment section of the live site.

    Hi,

    can you try to disable all plugins except SwiftFramework and the Disqus plugin?
    So we can discard a potential plugin conflict.

    Done, but didn’t solve the problem.

    I’ve also disabled Disqus to show that the theme is still counting the comments there as well, just not displaying them.

    Okay, that fixed the issue. Part of the confusion was Pingbacks are being counted as comments, which I did not know.
