The columns in pages such as cart page, my account pages etc are pushed down so each column is actually a row – see attached images. It means if there is more than one product you are scrolling down to see them all and it gets confusing for people going back into their accounts to download purchases…

Also on all shop pages (and home page) my products are showing as 2 columns rather than 3, so a huge gab between products. this was a previous issue – about a year ago – on home page (but not shop page) that you guys fixed with an update.

    Please help!

Please disable your child theme. Please then re-test these issues.

During testing and updates, please clear or disable your caching plugin.

    Thanks.

So it appears it is w3 total cache. I have a thrid party working on my site speed and they installed the plugin. I did remember reading here a while ago about conflicts but it slipped my mind when this issue came up.
Do you recommend W3 Super cache as per this thread – http://www.swiftideas.com/forums/topic/websitepage-speed/

    Many thanks, Nicky

    Hi,

Any of those 2 will work fine. Just follow David advise that only turn off the cache on when you are doing any change in the site.

    Hi,

I am UK based and Rui is based in Portugal.

Yes, please disable it. Then you can purge the cache contents when you enable it.
