    I change the colour of the various parts using the Colour Customiser and it previews when I press Save & Publish. When I then close and come back the setting revert to the default colour scheme. Please help

    Hi there,

    I think I responded to you in another ticket? It looks like either you’ve uploaded the wrong theme folder, or there is a server issue. Can you post a link?

    You’ve uploaded the whole download folder, not the “pinpoint” folder within which is the actual WordPress theme. If you remove the folder you’ve uploaded, and replace it with that folder it will work as it should.

    Don’t worry, you won’t lose anything you’ve done so far 🙂
