Easy problem, color customizer and font options do not update the page in Supreme. Any thoughts/people with similar issues?

    Hi,

Does it not update in the live preview of the Customizer, or on the live site, after hitting Save in the Customizer?

    Do you have active plugins?

    Regards,

You can provide a login in a private reply if you don’t want to turn off the maintenance mode.

    Haven’t heard back until now.

It was a problem with this file, which was missing: /wp-content/themes/supreme/css/custom-styles.css.php

If it’s there for you, I would suggest:

    a) deactivating and reactivating the theme
    b) if that fails, try to re-install the theme (activate a default theme, delete Supreme, install it again). Theme options will not be lost.

    Hi there,

I’m having the same problem. I tried to delete and re install the theme, but still have the problem…

    Any idea ?

    Thanks in advance.

Getting a 500 error on that file, which suggests it’s an issue with permissions. Please make sure this file has 644 or 755 permissions. If you’re still stuck, please ask your host. This isn’t an issue with the theme, but a server config issue.

    Hi Ed,

Thanks for the reply. I saw the 500 error indeed, so I checked the permissions. It was set on 644, and I tried 755 but it’s not working either…

I’ve asked my host, I hope they will find the solution.

    Thanks again.
