color customizer not working and other things

Im having quite a bit of issues, which seem to have all happened after I updated the theme.

So far what i’ve noticed is that the color customizer is non functional leads you to the page but nothing is clickable and the preview page does not load.

Also all of the plugins will not instal and I receive error messages for all (screen shot attached).

I have also received this error message:

Fatal error: Class ‘TGM_Bulk_Installer’ not found in /home/content/05/11988205/html/wp-content/themes/cardinal/includes/class-tgm-plugin-activation.php on line 1499

when I was trying to update the teams page.

I’m relatively new to the wordpress platform so this all seems a bit confusing, and im not sure what is going on, would really love some insight.

Hi @culture,

Looks like you have a few issues with your hosting configuration – the plugins have been installed, but WordPress isn’t seeing them – likely a permissions issue. I’d suggest you contact your host about this, as it’s definitely not right!

Thats likely the cause of any other issues too, so see if you can get that sorted first then we can check on the rest?
