    Hi,

I have multiple sub menus behind main menus. This works fine on all browsers except mobile.

The menu does expand but when tapping the arrow on the right to collaps the sub menu I’m being transferred to that page. I would like the menu to collaps and not go to the category page when pressing the “up” arrow on the right.

Could you help me with achieving this?

    Hi,

can you try to disable all plugins and test again just to discard any plugin conflict?

    Thanks

    Hi Rui,

Normally I have no problem disabling all plugins to figure out the issue but this problem cannot have anything to do with my plugins as it also does not work in your demo website.

thanks for the heads up, the demo site isn’t using the latest theme version but I managed to replicate it in my server using the latest Neighborhood theme version.

Will forward it to the development team so it can be fixed.

Awesome thanks a lot. Looking forward to a fix.

I also have an iPad specific issue with the menu but will place that in a separate topic.

    Hi @Kibana

This is default functionality, the arrow doesn’t have a different link, it’s mainly an indicator for the sub menu. The only way the sub-menu can be closed is if the menu item is set to “#”. This is because otherwise there would be no way to go to the actual parent menu item.

If you’d like, we can remove the arrow, or keep it facing downwards with css?

    Hi Ed,

Thanks for the tip. I’ve changed the main menu items to a specific URL with # as url link like you suggested. Now the menu closes when pressed again!

Topic can be marked as resolved.
