    Hi there,

    We was using child theme. We set up the Cloudflare and tried to public the site yesterday.
    Suddenly, the Slide and Featured Product (SPB section) on the front page didn’t show.
    Everything goes perfect expect the Front page.

    Before the Cloudflare, slide and featured product on front page are slow , when you refresh the browser it still appear. But after Cloudflare the slide just show a loading icon only and featured product aren’t shown anymore.

    Then tried to switch to parent theme, it work fine.
    Do you have any idea about it?

    Right now, we can only use the parent theme,
    please help me asap since we have some modifications in the child theme which is very important for our customer.

    Hi,
    Please upgrade to latest version of theme, plugins and activate the child theme to check the issue. Hope it should helpful.

    Hi Mohammad,

    Thank you for your reply. After updated both plugin and theme, the parent theme now in the same situation. 🙁
    Both of them, they slide and featured product aren’t shown.

    Please help.

    Hi Mohammad,

    it fixed. The problem may be came from my setting of page rules in Cloudflare.
    I wanna ask should I Purge Cache everytime in Cloudflare if I have edit anything?
    I just disable the home preloader and Purge Cache, but the preloader still there.
    Also, May I know the code of the background color of preloader page?

    Hi

    I would recommend not activating cloudflare until you have finished your site. Or enable developer mode whilst you are still making changes

    My setting is light grey, right now the preloader bg color is dark grey.
    It works well in parent theme, but if we switch to child theme, don;t know why it turn to dark

    Do you have some custom css in the child theme that’s changing it?
