Checkout text button – Change colour

Hi the team,
I am wondering which section of color customizer that links to the checkout button in the cart icon (pls refer to the attached cart icon.png file). Also, where is to change for the proceed to checkout button in the Cart page (pls refer to the attached text icon.png file)? In other words, how can I customise particularly for these 2 areas to be a colour that lighter ie #fff and that not affect to other parts that are sharing the same colour as these. Do I have to customise CSS codes?
