Those messages aren’t controlled by the theme in any way – you’d need to direct that question to WooCommerce support. You can test with the default theme, it should show exactly the same.

no I don’t get this issues with the theme Twenty Fifteen.

in the attachment you can see how it looks like with this theme.

there are no links to our email address.

@sukiya – very likely that you have not closed a link in your email modal (in the help bar). Try removing your code in the theme options to test.

yes this is true. I have this email in the theme options. (see the attachment)

I removed it – now those two fields are not linked anymore – which is great!
but on the right side of my page I have the option to email to the custom service.
and now also there the email link disappears. but here I need the link.

That should open a modal, where you can have a contact form

The idea is to add a contact form in the modal, so that people fill in the contact form to email you

its not possible to place here our email?

I mean if I put the email in the theme options (like I had it before) the email address appears here. this is a good option.
I don’t like contact forms – because I think people are not going to fill them out.
so if they have questions they email us.

I think in general this is working – but they only problem is that additional the link also appears in other places of the page.

You can have the same as what you had before (your email address) you just need to make sure you close the link tag
