The forms for the payment process ie: sign in > billing & shipping > Review &payment > confimation do not appear.Hence customers are unable to purchase products. Please advise.

Ive solved it, one of my plugins (idk which one) was conflicting with the theme… i just deactivated the plugins and reactivated the ones i wanted and the checkout process looks fine now.
