Chart animation & slide in text on homepage stopped working

On the homepage, I have charts with an animation going to 100%. I have used the shortcode. On different page I have tried it, and there is does work http://test.colosseus.nl/nieuws/. However, even after copy pasting the working shortcode in my homepage, I cannot get the chart to work.

Further more on the homepage under Voordelen van Colosseus. blocks of text are suppossed to slide in from the left, this also does not work anymore. It did before.

Could you help me?

You need to set this images in those assets.

This is causing errors on the script because of the missing images.

This is the error:
Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

This means something changed, user or password that you have in WP-config.php
Check if what’s inside is correct.

Now you can only access with ftp.
