I realize this may be out of the realm of “support”. I’m not asking you to fix this, I’m just looking to find out if it’s even possible to change. For starters, here’s the page structure users follow to get to my portfolio pages:
Homepage: http://theurbanavenue.com/
City: http://theurbanavenue.com/dallas
Neighborhood: http://theurbanavenue.com/dallas/uptown-dallas-apartments/
Portfolio(property): http://theurbanavenue.com/portfolio/modern-high-rise-lofts-072/
The portfolio is a great way to manage properties on my website. However, I’m noticing some issues with duplicate content & just general site navigation.
For example, when you get to the “Porfolio” level, like this page: http://theurbanavenue.com/portfolio/modern-high-rise-lofts-072/ both the breadcrumbs and category tags navigate you to the portfolio parent pages.
Navigation issue: The user then clicks on the “category” link to get back to the Uptown page, which takes them here: http://theurbanavenue.com/portfolio-category/uptown-dallas/ instead of here: http://theurbanavenue.com/dallas/uptown-dallas-apartments/
These two pages above are also duplicates. Obviously, I want this page: http://theurbanavenue.com/dallas/uptown-dallas-apartments/ to be the page that is linked to in the portfolio page breadcrumbs & category links. Is it possible to change the breadcrumbs & category links on the portfolio pages to make this happen?
