    I currently have the social icons (in my footer) from the main Atelier demo on my site where the color background for the social icon slides up on hover. I would prefer to use the version that is on the other demos where the color background for the social icon just fades in. I am using the shortcode [social]. how do I change this? Is it through CSS or using a different shortcode?

    Hi

    Try adding this to your custom css:

    ul.social-icons li a:hover i {
  top: 0;
}
