    I’m going to get the server guys to do this as yesterday the site went down when I attempted it.

    They have asked the following from you;

    Can you get instructions from the theme creator to update and pass on ?

    I think he wants to have the detailsto update the theme from FTP side.

    Please can you provide them here for the appropriate Atelier Theme.

    I’ve asked the server guys to do this as I can’t have the website going down again.

    They requested the following to upload in FTP.
