Changing Permalinks

I am wanting to change the permalinks on our website.

Right now every page looks like this:

EHR & Practice Management Success

But I want the page URLs to look like this:
http://tsihealthcare.com/maintesting/ourstory (I want to change where it says “page_id=number” to say the name of that page.

I know I need to go to Settings->Permalinks to change them, but to change all the links to say the name of the page do I pick the “postname” option on the permalinks settings or do I need to pick the custom structure?

I am not a staff, but a regular customer like you, but felt I could be of help. To change the permalink structure,
Settings> permalinks> Custom Structure > /%category%/%postname%/

After you have added /%category%/%postname%/ to the custome structure, now you have to edit the permalinks of the existing pages. To do that, go to the page, just above the Swift builder tab you will find the permalink edit button, click on it, make the change, click ok. Thats it.
